Alexa turns 6
So happy at the American Girl Doll Store.
We went again last week with some dear friends to celebrate an early birthday.
Her actual birthday was spent with friends, gifts, a dinner out and possibly ear piercing.

Summer Vacation Road Trip
Our first stop was at Johnston, CO. We got to spend some time with my friend Kristyn and her family. We were roommates in college and played volleyball together. She now has 2 boys and 1 girl. Had a great time and got caught up a bit. We also got to visit her sister, Kathy. I am trying to talk her into moving to Cali - we'll see.
Next stop...Estes Park and a drive through Rocky Mountain National Park.
Braces for Brandon
Yup, the time has come for braces. Can you believe it?! He's only 9. Phase one is braces for 3 months and a combo twin block and expander for one year. Phase 2 more braces. Phase 3 a retainer.
So far so good.
